How do I reserve an inflatable for my party?

To reserve any equipment for your party, we require up to a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event that you cancel or reschedule your event. If we cancel the event due to inclement weather, such as snow or rain, we will refund your deposit in entirety.

How do you ensure your products are safe?

Your safety is our number one goal. To ensure that our equipment is safe, we only keep high quality equipment in stock. We anchor our inflatables firmly to the ground. On hard surfaces, we use sand bags to anchor the inflatable. On grass, we anchor the inflatable to the ground with stakes. We will provide you with a copy of our safety rules at the time of your event. A responsible adult needs to supervise the event at all times to ensure that simple safety rules are followed.


Do you carry any insurance?

We carry insurance according to Missouri law requirements. Proof of insurance is available on request. We do have a liability waiver that we require to be signed prior to set up. You will receive a copy of this waiver.


What are the Missouri laws involving inflatables and carnival rides?

Missouri law does not require inflatables to be inspected, with the exception of bungee rides. Our bungee runs are inspected in accordance with state law. Proof of a satisfactory inspection is available for viewing.

Missouri law requires that carnival rides be inspected annually. All of our extreme rides are inspected annually. Proof of a satisfactory inspection is available for viewing.


Are your employees trained?

Our employees are all trained to safely operate inflatables. Our crew leaders are specially trained to operate our carnival rides. Our employees understand how important your event is, and they strive to make sure your event is safe and you are satisfied with our services.


What happens if the weather is bad on my event date?

If we cancel your event due to inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event for a future date. Due to the nature of the rental business, we might not have the exact package available, but we will work to get you a comparable package. We make every effort to attend events in spite of inclement weather, but we cannot jeopardize the safety of our customers or workers.


Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We want you to pay the best price for your event, which is why we are glad to explore discount packages when making multiple rentals for your event. Please contact us to get a quote.


Does the price include delivery? Are there additional charges for set up?

Our price includes local delivery. Please contact us to see if delivery charges apply to your event. Delivery fees are $0.75/mi. All our prices include set up, tear down, and insurance. For large events, you will need to provide volunteers or additional staffing charges will apply.


Does the rental time include the time it takes to set up?

The rental time does not include set up or tear down time. Our rental times are actual times of use. We will need to arrive early to set up and stay after the event to tear down.


What kind of power do I need?

Most of our equipment runs on a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, but we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. If your event is outside, we can run extension cords for a nearby power source. In the event that you need a generator, we can provide those for an additional cost of $60.


Do you have to have grass to set up on?

No, we can set up on any surface other than gravel. From gym floors to driveways to yards and parks, we can make it happen. If setting up outside, you will need to ensure that the area is clear of overhead safety concerns such as power lines or trees, and the ground is clear of anything that would damage the equipment.


How far in advance to I need to schedule my event?

As far in advance as possible, we want to make sure you get exactly what you want. Don’t hesitate to contact us several months in advance.


What happens if I don’t have enough power and the inflatable trips the breaker?

We cannot be responsible for your electricity. Please make sure that you have adequate power or you have a generator available. Addressing unexpected electrical issues can take additional time and create a late start for your event.

If you are concerned about your electricity, please contact us so we can make a plan. We do not discount equipment for late setups if your electricity was an issue. We do have generators available for $60 for 3 hours.
